
During last advance course in the room for 4 people, one of them was snoring away to glory throughout the night. and when you are in silence, it gets frustrating more. So what to do ?????
suddenly came up with a idea with 2 points, not sure its already known to others, but still putting here, in case its useful for others.
1 ) aol course point "accept situation as they are" , yes accepted, but still snoring is continuting, then what to do.
2 ) When I match my breathing pattern to the rhythm of snoring, then there is peace. Its almost like doing kriya in a different rhythm :)-
Really it works , Initially its bit difficult, need to get used to it.
Anyway there is nothing else to do, have whole night to practice.
try it next time you get a chance.
