Recently read an article, published in New York times, of a research done by a Havard Professor for the past ten years over 5000 people .

It says if your friend's friend's friend  ( whom you have never met, or even aware of his/her existence ) became happy , then you also get the effect.  The effect is equivalent to having an extra 5000$ in your bank account ;)-

Maybe the 5000$ is a relative term.  but the point is we are all connected.

Remembered a story of a farmer, who was growing the best corns.  What he used to do was,  he will select the best seeds and give it to the farmers of his next plot.  When the corns surrounding his healthy, and without insects then his corn is automatically is best.

So helping others, is also  selfish  !!!!
